Touka Keisha (トウカ・ケイシャ, Touka Keisha?) is a secondary supporting character in the 86 -Eighty Six- series and the deuteragonist of the Fragmental Neoteny: Varlet prequel story.
Touka is a mechanic of the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package's 27th Maintenance Company. She is in charge of maintaining the Undertaker along with Guren Akino.

Touka has the golden hair and blue eyes of a Sapphira. She wears the maintenance crew's brusque overalls.[1]

Like many Colorata, Touka was banished to the Eighty-Sixth Sector after the war began. Because she had essential skills and knowledge to maintain the Juggernaut, Touka was relegated to maintenance work instead of becoming a processor.

Shinei Nouzen[]
Touka was originally one of Shin's mechanics in the Eighty-Sixth Sector. She was also the first mechanic who complied with Shin's unusual request to install high-frequency blades on his Juggernaut.[5] When Shin brought Fido back to the base, He personally asked Touka to repair the scavenger drone. While many mechanics and processors often kept their distance from Shin, Touka was among the people who treated him cordially.
Touka eventually joined the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package and served as Shin's mechanic once again. They remain on the good tern with each other, though Shin feels mildly annoyed that She still treats him like a child.
