Svenja Brantolote (スヴェンヤ・ブラントローテ, Suvenya Burantorо̄te?) is a secondary supporting character in the 86 -Eighty Six- series introduced in Valkyrie Has Landed.

She is the Mascot of the Myrmecoleo Free Regiment and apparent "daughter" of Archduchess Brantolote.

Appearance[]

Svenja is a young girl with of golden eyes and crimson, almost rose-colored hair coiled into two pigtails. Instead of wearing a child-sized military uniform, Svenja mostly wears a scarlet silk dress and had a tiara inlaid with red gemstones.

Personality[]

At first glance, Svenja appears to be a proud noble girl. However, behind her haughty mask, She is a scared little girl who desperately wants to prove her worth like her fellow mixed-bloods.

Svenja is deeply afraid of being scolded for an unknown reason.[3]

Background[]

Svenja was born as a result of Pyrope nobles' practice called "Selective Breeding".[4] Among children born from this practice, She was an only one who possessed Esper ability.

Svenja and the Myrmecoleo Free Regiment arrived at the western front to participate in Operation Lorica Sacra. Shortly before the operation started, Svenja greeted Shin with animated excitement while asking about Federica. Though ultimately, Svenja did not learn the name of her fellow mascot.

Svenja was one of the few Heliodor oracles remaining in the Federacy and the Theocracy, capable of locating distant threats. Although her ability is inferior to a pureblood Heliodor in distance.[4]

Svenja and Frederica engaged in a short childish squabbling before the mission to destroy the Factory type Legion: Halcyon. Although she ultimately did not learn Frederica's name as Shin intentionally denied a chance for Frederica to announce her name.
