Niam Mialona (ニアム・ミアロナ, Niamu Miarona?) is a secondary supporting character in the 86 -Eighty Six- series introduced in Holy Blue Bullet.
She's a Lieutenant Colonel who is in charge of the Lady Bluebird Regiment.

She is described as a tall beauty standing slightly higher than Shin. She wears a panzer jacket. Her hair is the smoky coffee-colored hair of a Cairn. Her locks tied in a ponytail and she wears light makeup.[2]

Noele Rohi[]
Noele is the daughter of the Rohi family, the vassel of the Mialona family. Thus, Niam has been friendly with her since childhood. However, their relationship became cold as they grew up. Recognizing that Noele lacked what was needed to carry the Rohi family's burden as a regional defender, Niam didn't select her to receive preferential education. Naturally, Noele was excluded from joining The Lady Bluebird Regiment, the House Mialona's treasured unit.
Noele and her unit's desertion and stealing nuclear fuel deeply enraged Niam. Moreover, Niam was disgusted by Noele's ignorance and inability to learn despite her better opportunity as a noble. During the subjugation operation, Niam and the Lady Bluebird Regiment ruthlessly pursued Noele's renegade unit and disposed of them.
Deep down, Niam still cared for Noelle in her own way and lamented that she had to kill her beloved "sheep." She personally blamed the Federacy for forcing the responsibility of a freeman on Noele and her people, who couldn't handle it.
