This Female Mechanic is a minor character in the 86 -Eighty Six- introduced in Run Through the Battlefront (Start).

She serves as a chief of the maintenance crew for Nordlicht Squadron.

Appearance[]

She has long, braided brown hair and green eyes.

While on duty, she wears a dark khaki mechanic jacket and pants as well as a pair of black boots. She wears a dark gray shirt underneath her jacket.

In addition, she is also seen wearing a bag of mechanical tools around her waist.

Personality[]

She is known to be bossy and commanding, befitting of her role as being a leader. She is also shown to not to shy away from expressing her disapproval of certain things when she was commenting to Shin about his extensive usage of the high-frequency blade.[3]

Background[]

Her past and upbringing is unknown, however at some point in time she joined the Federacy Armed Forces as a mechanic and was assigned to Nordlicht Squadron, tasked with maintaining and repairing the new XM2 Reginleif.

She was first seen in Episode 14 calling out Lieutenant Shinei Nouzen for extensive usage of the high-frequency blade while remarking that they do not have spare ones. To which Shin responded that it didn't matter as the Legion were retreating.

During the First Great Offensive, she was seen ordering the other mechanics to take all the ammunition and supplies they got into the battlefield as well as sending spare parts to the frontline once ordered.

She was present, along with the other mechanics of Nordlicht Squadron when Grethe Wenzel was unveiling the XC-1 Nachzehrer for the Morpho Elimination operation, where she assisted with the loading of the XM2 Reginleifs into the XC-1 Nachzehrer.

Abilities[]

Because of her rank she is shown to be a skilled mechanic and is shown to have great leadership skills as she is able to command the other mechanics under time pressure.[4]

  • Despite being called a Sergeant, she has been credited as Corporal in the credits[6]
  • Because of the lack of a proper name she has sometimes been dubbed by fans as "Pizza Girl", as she equated pizzas to the equipment that needed to be delivered to the Nordlicht Squadron.[7]
